ALLEN ARTHUR - Principal

Allen Arthur is a co-founder of ARTHUR BOKMAN ASSOCIATES. Before forming ARTHUR BOKMAN ASSOCIATES, Mr. Arthur was Director of Real Estate for Webvan Group, Inc. for three and one half years. At Webvan he directed a real estate team that assembled and developed a portfolio of leased properties totaling over six million square feet. Upon the demise of Webvan, Mr. Arthur was retained by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to develop the shutdown, lease termination and liquidation strategies for the entire portfolio of properties. This was accomplished in less than six months exceeding the cash recovery by over 100%.

Previous to Webvan Group, Inc. Mr. Arthur was Director of Properties for Fresh Choice Restaurants. He was with Fresh Choice for four years and saw the development of over 30 units and multiple remodels. During his time at Fresh Choice he also successfully coordinated an effort to shutdown ten unprofitable units, reduce expenses on remaining units, develop a remodel plan to update older units and design a new profile unit cutting develop costs by 20%.

Mr. Arthur attended Merrimack College in Andover, MA where he received a B.A. in Political Science. He is an active member of the I.D.R.C. and the N.R.A. where he previously sat on the board of the Food Service Technology Group, Western Group.

BRIAN BOKMAN - Principal

Brian Bokman is the co-founder of ARTHUR BOKMAN ASSOCIATES. Prior to establishing ARTHUR BOKMAN ASSOCIATES he was employed by Webvan Group, Inc. as the Director of Leasing in the Real Estate Department. His time at Webvan provided a vast array of experiences, ranging from leasing over 2,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space in the first twelve months, to renegotiating, subleasing, assigning and disposing of over 2,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space in the last twelve months. The experience included taking the company through the bankruptcy process and the liquidation of eight buildings and over $100 million of assets.

Prior to joining Webvan Group, Inc. Mr. Bokman was a Principal of The Bokman Company. The Bokman Company was a brokerage company specializing in representing retailers on a regional basis. This experience resulted in the development of Mr. Bokman into a premier negotiator and effective dealmaker. The Bokman Company represented some of the best retailers in the market at the time, including: GAP, Inc., Sprint PCS, Walgreen's, and Office Depot.

Mr. Bokman attended San Diego State University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration.
